Triste o jogo de cena da Presidente do Brasil no caso Copa 2014 e a FIFA, falou tanto em soberania e acabou cedendo, rasgando o estatuto do torcedor (se é que funcionava) como fez seu antessessor.
Realmente há coisas que não mudam, infelizmente.
